Peach Gum and Snow Lotus Seed Syrup

1. Rinse the peach gum and let it soak in a bowl of cold water for about 15-24 hours.

3. Soak the snow lotus seeds for a shorter time. Rinse them to remove impurities. Soak them for about 3 hours without changing the water.

4. Tremella, longan, and lotus seeds also need to be soaked. The time is not too long. You can soak at the same time as the snow lotus seeds. After the white fungus is soaked, you need to tear the small flowers.

5. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the white fungus, lotus seeds, snow lotus seeds, and longan and cook together.

6. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat until the white fungus is sticky, add clean peach gum.

7. Cook for another 10 minutes, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, turn off the heat and simmer until the rock sugar melts, then serve.
