Peach Gum and Tremella Sweet Soup

Soak the peach gum in clean water for 24 hours. After it swells and becomes soft, remove the impurities and tear it into small pieces;

Soak the white fungus with water, remove the stalk, and tear it into small pieces;

Peel and seed papaya, cut into small pieces;
4.
Put the peach gum, white fungus and rock sugar into the stewing pot;
5.
Add enough clean water;
6.
Cover the lid, turn on the stew pot, select the "Dessert" program, and simmer for 3 hours;
7.
After 2.5 hours, add papaya;
8.
When peach gum and white fungus are boiled out, the peach gum and white fungus sweet soup will be ready when the papaya is cooked;
9.
Serve and drink.
Tips:
1. The peach gum must be soaked softly and the impurities inside can be used. I usually soak the peach gum before going out during the day and use it the next day;
2. In summer, the sugar water can be refrigerated before drinking;
