Peanut Butter Biscuits
1.
Knead flour, a pinch of salt, yeast, sugar and water to form a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes
2.
Mix the peanut butter, sesame oil, and a little salt to form a peanut butter filling. It should not be too dry, it will not spread, and it should not be too thin. It will not roll well after waiting.
3.
Roll out the resting dough into a large slice
4.
Spread the peanut butter filling, you can use a scraper to smooth it
5.
Roll up
6.
Cut into 8 portions on average
7.
Tighten the two ends of each portion, put it upright on the kneading pad, and flatten it by hand
8.
Brush the surface of the pie with water, dip with sesame seeds, and place on a non-stick baking sheet. If you like darker colors, you can also paint the surface with soy sauce
9.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, until the surface is colored
Tips:
Sesame sesame biscuits are very famous and I have always wanted to make them. But there is no sesame sauce at home, just a bottle of peanut butter, so I made biscuits with peanut butter. Layers on the outside are crispy on the inside and soft on the inside. They are fragrant, and there is almost no sugar. The taste is salty, so there is no burden to eat! (The 3 grams of sugar in it is just a little bit, which is for yeast!)
