Peanut Mung Bean Belly Dumpling

The pork belly is bought one day in advance, cut into long strips, marinated in salt, soy sauce, and Wang Xiang powder, and placed in the refrigerator. Soak peanuts and mung beans for five hours, glutinous rice will be soaked in sand for 2 hours, soak the mushrooms in warm water, rinse and cut into long strips for later use. Soak the zong leaves in water for 3 hours and then rinse and boil for 20 minutes.

Fold the zong leaves into a cone shape, add 2 tsp of glutinous rice, put pork belly, peanuts, mung beans and shiitake mushrooms in the middle, then add 2 tsp of glutinous rice, fold it and tie it with a string, this is the finished product

Put the zongzi in cold water in the pressure cooker, cook for half an hour after SAIC, turn off the heat, cook and let the finished product cool.
Tips:
Pork belly and peanuts, mung beans, and zong leaves can be processed a day in advance, and they can be cooked quickly in a pressure cooker and are not easy to grow.
