Peanuts and Lotus Root Slices

Peel and slice the lotus root, soak in water

Put the peanut kernels in oil and deep fry until slightly yellow and aromatic, remove

Add white sesame seeds and a few peppers, and fry until fragrant

Add lotus root slices, add some vinegar and dried chilies, and stir-fry on high heat to keep it crispy. When it comes out of the pan, add salt, light soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, oyster sauce and peanuts, and stir-fry a few times over high heat.
