Pearl Balls

The pork is chopped into minced meat.

Chop fungus and carrots, mince green onion and ginger.

Soak the glutinous rice for at least three hours in advance.

Add minced green onion, ginger, pepper noodles, soy sauce, salt, starch, and oil to the minced meat. Let it stand for a while and stir again.

Tips:
