Pepper Chicken

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add cooking wine and sliced ginger, add the chicken and cook until it is half cooked, remove the hot oil and sauté the minced garlic

Add rattan pepper, hot pepper and green peppercorns and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes until the soup is almost dry, add the chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. The dosage of chili and green pepper is increased or decreased according to your preference
2. This dish can be eaten cold or hot. I personally feel that the meat is soaked in the soup for more than an hour and eaten as a cold dish. It tastes super good
