Pepper Eggplant Shreds

3 hot peppers and 3 eggplants, shredded. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.

Heat a little more oil in the pan, heat the oil, add shredded eggplant, half of the minced garlic, and stir fry.

The eggplant is fried until soft and oily. Add the shredded pepper and stir fry.

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and some salt. Before serving, add the other half of minced garlic. Stir fry a few times and get out of the pot.

Serve out the plate.
Tips:
The hot pepper will taste better.
