Pepper Spiced Asparagus

Peel off the old roots of the asparagus, wash, and cut into small pieces for later use.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into small cubes, and chop the green onion and ginger into mince.

Add salt, white sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce into a bowl and mix thoroughly to make a sauce.

Add water to the boiling pot and boil the asparagus for 1 minute. Remove and cool with cold water.
