Pesto Arctic Shrimp

Preparation materials: Thaw the Arctic Shrimp at room temperature, rinse the thawed Arctic Shrimp and drain the water

Mince garlic, mince green onions

Put the oil in the pot and stir-fry the garlic and chopped green onions

Stir-fry until golden, remove and set aside
5.
Fried shrimp with fried garlic oil

After sautéing, add salt and light soy sauce to stir-fry evenly

Pour in the fried garlic

Stir fragrant, sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
1. Take out the Arctic shrimp from the refrigerator when thawing, or place it at room temperature to thaw naturally. Do not soak in water to thaw, because that will cause the original delicious taste of the Arctic shrimp to be lost.
2. Add salt after the prawns are cooked, do not put it too early to avoid affecting the taste of the prawns
