Pesto Carrots

The material is very simple.

Peel the carrots and cut into diamond-shaped slices.

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut diagonally into small pieces.

Peel the garlic and smash it with a knife.

Heat up the oil pan, add the chopped garlic and fry until the aroma turns into golden brown.

Add the carrot slices and stir-fry until the carrot slices become soft.

Add garlic sprouts, add salt, pepper and soy sauce and stir fry.

Pour in the garlic leaves and stir-fry until they are broken.
