In summer, one of CUCU’s favorite delicacies is cold noodles. CUCU’s concept is to eat cold noodles in summer.

Ingredients

Piaoxiang Cold Noodles

1. Raw peanuts in cold oil, stir-fry on low heat until the peanuts change color and smell, remove and let cool.

2. Put minced garlic, green onion, chili powder, white sesame seeds in a bowl, pour in hot oil, add 2 tablespoons of CUCU old vinegar, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of salt, and half a spoon of sugar, and mix well.

3. Boil the noodles until 9 minutes are cooked, and remove the cold water.

4. Put cold noodles in a bowl, sprinkle with sauce, shredded cucumber, cooked peanuts, and coriander, and stir well.

Tips:

Seemingly simple ingredients, but they have their own souls. If you learn this with sauce, you never have to go out to buy cold noodles in summer.
