Pickled Cabbage Offal

Beef offal should be marinated in advance. You can properly marinate the soft and rotten spots. Wash the sauerkraut and prepare some green onion, ginger, garlic, and green red pepper.

Cut the marinated beef offal into thick slices, cut the sauerkraut with a blade, change the onion, ginger and garlic with a knife, and cut the green and red pepper into small sections.

Stir the scallions, ginger and garlic in a pan.

Stir sauerkraut and braised beef in a pot.

When there is no moisture in the sauerkraut, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, and add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Cook until the sauerkraut and braised beef are softly cooked, add green and red peppers.

Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The sauerkraut and braised beef offal already have a salty taste, so be sure to add them as appropriate when adding seasonings.
2. A moderate amount of sugar can neutralize the acidity and saltiness and increase the freshness.
3. The braised beef offal is marinated in advance, and it is more enjoyable to cut into thick slices.
