Pickled Carrot Sticks

Wash the radish, drain and set aside

Cut the radishes into thick strips and put them in a clean basin without oil and water

Add salt, mix well and marinate for an hour

Mince garlic and set aside

Mince the onion and set aside

Cut leek into sections for later use

Pour the marinated radish water, add the chopped garlic, onion and chives, mix well

Add sugar and mix well

Add chili powder and mix well

After mixing well, put it in a cool place and turn it twice a day. After 7 days, it will have a sour taste. You can pack it in a fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator. Take it as you eat
Tips:
1. The mixed radish can be eaten on the same day, but the taste is sweeter, and the fermented radish is more sour and delicious;
2. As the salt is different in thickness, please adjust it according to your own taste.
