Pickled Carrot Sticks

Wash the radishes and cut them into thick strips, and put them outside to dry 70% to 80%. (The radishes I use are bigger)

Probably it's almost done in this way.

Wash the radish in warm boiling water to control the moisture.

Mix all the seasonings with the radishes, put them in the fresh-keeping box and marinate for about a week, then you can eat.

Add appropriate amount of vinegar and sesame oil when eating, the taste is better.
