Pickled Crab

Ingredients: crab (cleaned), ginger slices.

Cut the cleaned crabs to remove the crab shells, the stomachs of the crabs and the gills with scissors, and put them in the fresh-keeping box.

Next, add ginger slices and a proper amount of liquor.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

Season to mix well.

Then, put the lid on and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours before eating.
