The Korean pickling method is oily, spicy and refreshing!

Pickled Cucumber

1. Cut the cucumber into sections and put it in a basin, add a spoonful of salt and sugar, mix well, and marinate in a heavy weight for 1 hour!

2. Wash the pickled cucumbers with water, then drain!

3. Place the chili noodles and sesame seeds on the plate for later use!

4. Heat the pan with cold oil and bring the oil to a boil!

5. Pour the boiling oil into the chili noodle bowl and stir as soon as possible to prevent the chili noodles from burning!

6. Cut the red pepper, ginger and garlic and set aside!

7. Scallions, red peppers, light soy sauce, sugar, and beef powder are all set aside!

8. Put all the ingredients in the cucumber!

9. Stir well by hand!

10. Serve and eat!

Tips:

Because salt has been added in the marinating, there is no need to put it in the process of mixing the juice!
