It’s the season when cucumbers are officially on the market. When I went out to eat, I saw that other people’s pickled cucumbers were delicious.

Pickled Cucumber

1. Wash the cucumbers, wash the peppers and garlic cloves and set aside.

2. Dice pepper and slice ginger.

3. Cut the cucumber into sections and then cut into strips.

4. The cut strips are marinated in a basin with an appropriate amount of salt for two hours. After the water is discharged, the marinated water is poured out.

5. Put the pepper, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce in a pot to boil and let cool. Put the pickled cucumbers, peppers and garlic cloves together, mix well and put them into the container.

6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap to keep it fresh and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

7. Pinch every time you eat, it's crispy, delicious, and delicious.

Tips:

1. Don't pickle cucumber for too long, it won't be very crispy if there is too much water
2. Cucumbers are best to be fresh and taste good
3. Add accessories according to personal taste
4. Some can add rock sugar or white sugar, because I have pregnant women with high blood sugar, so I didn't add it here
