The dried radishes that I pickled at will, family and friends all say they are particularly delicious, and my aunt even took away the jar of pickled vegetables directly after eating a meal at my house. I have been using Gourmet Jie to watch everyone’s sharing and learn how to cook. Today I will also share my dishes approved by friends and relatives. I hope you will like it. The photography technique is not good, the picture is a bit rough, sorry.

Pickled Dried Radish

1. Wash the radish, cut into strips and evenly sprinkle with salt and dry.

2. Wash and dry the wok, add rock sugar and light soy sauce.

3. Appropriate old soy sauces are colored to look good.

4. Switch to medium heat and let it cool naturally. The cooling process is enough to melt the rock sugar.

5. Prepare the ginger and garlic.

6. Put the garlic ginger and dried radish into the container and add two spoons of white wine.

7. Heat a little oil in a pot, add chili pepper, fennel and saute until fragrant.

8. Be sure to use a low heat, do not fry the chili pepper. Fry the scent and turn off the heat and pour directly on the dried radish, stir evenly, and seal.

9. It can be served the next day, refreshing, crystal clear, delicious.

Tips:

The method is very simple, you can try it.
