Pickled Fish

I bought grass carp from the vegetable market, and sold fish fillets directly. It’s not easy for us to buy authentic sauerkraut, so we can just buy a good package of ingredients. You can not only use Haidilao, you can match it yourself or buy other brands. There are kippers, peppers, sauerkraut, and soup base in the material package. I only used sauerkraut buns. Our family is not very good at spicy food, so I only used one-third of the sauerkraut package. The seasoning is prepared by myself. If you are not afraid of spicy, use the prepared seasoning.

The four items of white pepper, salt, egg white, and cooking wine are removed first, and then starch is added. Marinating for 15 minutes is almost the same.

First boil a pot of hot water next to it. 4 slices of ginger, oil. If the fish head is fried, it will not have a fishy smell.

If you don’t like the thick fish soup, you don’t need to step 345. Just put cold water in the stir-fried sauerkraut and then add the fish fillet.
