Pickled Fish

Wash the carp, cut into pieces, and marinate with a little salt.

Wash fish sauerkraut, soak in water for half an hour, and then chop.

Peel the ginger and slice it.

Cut dried chili into sections.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add ginger slices and dried chili until fragrant.
