Last time I went to the supermarket to buy two packs of sauerkraut, and I haven’t eaten them. Today I used it to make sauerkraut fish and it tasted good.

Pickled Fish

1. Wash the perch

2. slice

3. Put the head and tail bones separately

4. Add salt, cooking wine, egg white, starch to the fish fillets, mix well, and marinate for half an hour

5. Put the green onion and ginger in a hot oil pan until fragrant, then add sauerkraut and stir fry

6. Then add the fish head, fish tail, fish bone and stir fry

7. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, add a large cup of water and boil

8. Cook for about 20 minutes, remove the fish head, fish bones and sauerkraut

9. Add the fish fillets and cook

10. Cook out

11. Reheat the frying pan, add dried chili and Chinese pepper, and stir to create a fragrant flavor

12. Sprinkle some green onions, pour oil on it, and start eating

Tips:

After the fish fillets are in the pot, they can be cooked and fished out immediately, otherwise the fish fillets will be old
