Pickled Fish

A carp is about 2 catties. Use a slicing knife to separate the two pieces of fish. The fish fillets are marinated in cooking wine and salt for 30 minutes.

Put two spoons of oil in a hot pan, fry the chili and peppercorns for later use, then put the sauerkraut and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

After the sauerkraut is cooked, add two bowls of water to the pot. After the water is boiled, add the fish head and fish bones and simmer for 15 minutes.

You can cook a small cabbage and stir-fried tofu while the fish is stewed

After the fish is stewed, add some white pepper, chicken bouillon, fried chili pepper, coriander, and green onions.
Tips:
Fish and tofu can complement each other with amino acids, and one meat and one vegetable are also good!
