Pickled Fish

The fish meat is washed and deboned sliced meat, marinated separately with sauerkraut fish bag for preparation.

Soak shiitake mushrooms, kelp, and vermicelli in warm water for later use.

Wash the vegetables and blanch them for later use.

Heat oil in the pot, add fish bones, and fry golden brown on both sides. Then add green onions, sauerkraut, thirteen spices, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Stir-fry the flavor and add water to the fish bones.

After the water is boiled, add shiitake mushrooms, kelp, green vegetables, and fish fillets in sequence, and gently stir to break the raw.

After all the dishes are cooked, add the vermicelli and cook for 1 minute.
