Pickled Pepper Fungus

Dry fungus.

Soak with water after rinsing.
3.
After 20 minutes of soaking.
4.
Remove the stalks of the fungus one by one.
5.
Wash and drain after treatment.
6.
Chop the prepared garlic and millet pepper.
7.
Glutinous rice vinegar.
8.
Pickled pepper and pickled pepper water.
9.
Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Put the fungus on high heat and cook for two minutes. Turn off the heat.

Remove and soak in cold boiling water for two minutes.
11.
Put the drained fungus into a bowl, add garlic, millet pepper, chopped pickled peppers, and coriander stalks.

Pour glutinous rice vinegar.

Pickled pepper water.
14.
Mix a little sugar, light soy sauce and sprinkle with coriander, and stir evenly with chopsticks.
15.
It can be eaten right away or placed for flavor.
Tips:
1 Choose fungus not too big. Salt has been added to the fungus, so there is no need to add it when seasoning, except for heavy flavors!
2 If you like spicy food, add more chili. (Pickled peppers are sold in supermarkets)
The 3 fungus has been cold boiled in order to make it more crispy.
