Pickled Pepper Potato Chips (sour and Hot Potato Chips)

The ingredients are as shown above.

Wash potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices.

Soak the sliced potato chips in clean water.

Scallion, garlic, pepper and ginger are handled as shown in the figure.

Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the hot pot.

During the cooking, wash the potato chips several times to remove the starch, and then drain.

Cook the oil and add minced garlic until fragrant.
8.
Add pickled peppers and minced ginger and stir-fry for one minute.
9.
Pour in potato chips.
10.
Stir fry for two minutes.
11.
Put a pinch of salt.
12.
Stir-fry for one minute.
13.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
The salt can only be thrown away! Pickled ginger and pickled peppers are salty.
