Pickled Radish Slices

Wash the white radish

Cut the radish skins in half, and then cut them into thin slices

Add 10 grams of salt and marinate for 30 minutes

Pour out the marinated water, I also rinsed it with pure water and squeezed it dry

Add 10 grams of sugar and continue to marinate for 30 minutes, pour out the water, add 10 grams of sugar again and marinate for 30 minutes

The main seasonings prepared: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, white vinegar and sugar

Add a small amount of purified water to the pot, add garlic slices, dried chili, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

Add granulated sugar and stir evenly, boil on and off

After cooling slightly, add rice vinegar to make a marinated juice

After marinating with salt and two sugars, use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the moisture from the outside of the radish slices

Tips:
The amount of marinated juice is better than the sliced radish!
