Pickled Radish Slices in Vinegar

Wash the skin of the radish, don't peel it, cut it into thin slices.

Put it in a dish, sprinkle 2 teaspoons of salt, and grab it with your hands. Marinate for about 1 hour.

When the juice is marinated, the radish slices become soft. Pour out the juice and wash off the salt with a cold boil

Drain the water, add old vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, salt, dried chili shreds. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for 1 hour before eating. If you like sour, add more vinegar, if you like sweet, add more sugar
