Pickled Vegetable Yuba Loofah Soup

Ingredients: pickled vegetables (washed and chopped), loofah (peeled, washed and cut), yuba (soaked, washed and cut into sections)

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the cut loofah and pickled vegetables and stir fry.

Then, combine the cut yuba, add appropriate amount of water to boil.

Then, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
5.
Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.
6.
Season to mix and serve.
