This Hanamaki is called a pig brain because it looks like a pig brain. Why not call it a dog brain or a sheep brain? This is because recently, after a long period of observation and research on the living habits of pigs, it has been proved that pigs are kind, docile, and intelligent animals. It is neither bowing its head to ears like a cow or horse, nor arrogant and vicious like a goat; it is neither ungrateful like a cat, nor is it flattering and begging like a dog. In many ways, dogs are not as smart as pigs! "
