Pig Ears Mixed with Bitter Chrysanthemum

Cut the stewed pork ears into thin strips.

Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and set aside.

Bitter chrysanthemum with some light soy sauce

Mix well

Add vinegar

Add mustard oil

Add sugar

Add a little MSG

Add pig ears

Stir well.

Just add a few drops of sesame oil.
Tips:
1. After washing the bitter chrysanthemum, soak it in light salt water for about 15 minutes, take it out, rinse, and sterilize.
2. Pig's ears are already salty because of the braised taste, so no salt is added.
