Rinse the hard throat with boiling water from the faucet. After filling the water, lay the pig lungs flat in the sink. Use the back of the spatula to hit the pig lungs. Gradually, blood slowly surfaced on the surface. Countless cycles make it wash out. Gradually clarified. As shown above

Cut the pig's lungs into 5-8mm thick slices, put them in a basin, add starch and salt, mix, scratch, and wash them indiscriminately. Finally, rinse with clean water, drain and set aside.

Boil 600ml of water in a pot, boil it, slowly put it into the cleaned pig lungs, continue to cook on high heat, at this time, slowly a lot of white bubbles appear on the surface of the pot, use a large spoon to skim the bubbles to avoid overflow !

Take it out when it stops bubbling, wash it with clean water, and set aside.

The yellow-white ones on the bottom are well washed, and the brown ones on the top are partially unwashed with blood.

If the baby eats soup residue, it can be cut into cubes.
Tips:
When buying pig lungs, you need to buy them intact, so that the surface of the lungs can be washed more fully by tapping the surface of the lungs after injecting water. Be patient and wash slowly until the water becomes clear.
