Pigtail Braised Black Beans

Preparation materials: cut pigtail into pieces, soak black beans in water for 10 hours, a bowl of sweet wine, and ginger

The pigtails are blanched first, and then drained for later use.

Put oil in the pot, heat up, add ginger slices and sauté.

Pour the pigtails.

Fry until the surface is browned.

Add the soaked black beans and stir fry with appropriate amount of salt.

Shovel the fried pigtails and black beans into the casserole.

Add sweet wine.

Then add the same amount of water as the wine.

Bring to a boil on high heat.

After boiling, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

When the time is up, open the lid and add some soy sauce to increase the meaty aroma.

Collect the juice until thick and turn off the heat.
