In a foreign country, the most fascinating thing is a bowl of pimple soup from the hometown. As an authentic Northeast girl, all the taste of home is stored in the food. When I go to the supermarket and see tomatoes, I think of the tomato egg drop soup at home. It is warm, delicious and sour! This pimple soup is also developed from tomato egg drop soup. Tired of milk, cereal and bread every morning, this time I came to find the memory of my hometown.

Pimple Soup

1. Tomato cross flower cut and blanch with hot water

2. Chop green onions, peel and cut tomatoes, beat eggs, flour and cold water and stir into flocculent with chopsticks

3. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, heat the oil, select white onion and a small amount of green onions into the pot, saute the chopped green onions

4. There are corn kernels, red peppers, green beans in the vegetable bag, which tastes good, and the color is good. Stir fry slightly

5. Add tomatoes and continue to fry until the red soup comes out, the tomatoes are slightly soft

6. Boil a pot of water in advance and pour it directly into the pot

7. If the catkin-like gnocchi is too big, break it with your hands, throw it into the soup pot, and keep stirring

8. Slowly pour the egg liquid into the soup pot

9. Add salt and appropriate amount of pepper powder, out of the pot, sprinkle in the remaining chopped green onion

Tips:

1. Don't worry about the noodles being badly done, you can slowly break them up later. 2. Cut the green onions in half and use them to cook, it will be very fragrant, and the remaining half will be used for the final decoration
