Pineapple Fried Rice

Remove the thorns from the pineapple peel and soak it in salt water for later use.

Dice ham, cucumber, onion, and pineapple, and peel corn on the cob.

Let the steamed rice cool for later use.

Scrambled eggs in a hot pan with cold oil.

Add onion diced and saute.

Add corn kernels and sauté until fragrant.

Add ham sausage and stir fry.

Add pineapple cubes and stir well.
9.
Add cucumber cubes.

Stir all the vegetables evenly.

Add the rice, break up the rice, and stir-fry evenly.
12.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
13.
Fill the bowl and buckle onto the plate.
14.
Decorate with bamboo leaves.
