Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork

Cut pork into pieces.

Add salt, white pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and egg yolk.

Grab well and set aside.

Cut pineapple into pieces.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, spicy soy sauce, sugar, white vinegar and 5 tablespoons of water to the bowl and mix well.

Boil the oil in the pot, add the sweet potato starch to the pork and fry it in a 60% hot oil pan until it changes color and then remove it. Raise the oil temperature and re-fry it again.

Add a little vegetable oil to the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.
