Pizza (electric Baking Pan Version)

Put flour, yeast, salt, and oil into a basin and mix well. Add cold water and knead into a dough. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for half an hour.

Prepare the filling: cut the washed green pepper into circles or shreds. Shred carrots. Pleurotus eryngii slices. Intestines slices. Cheese slices into shreds.

It takes about 6 minutes to bake (please master the time according to the temperature of your own electric baking pan).
