Pleurotus Eryngii in Honey Sauce

Wash and tear the eryngii mushrooms into strips and steam them for five minutes.

Add minced garlic to the bowl.
3.
Add chopped green onions.
4.
Add chili powder and drizzle with hot oil.
5.
Add light soy sauce and vinegar.
6.
Add salt and sugar.
7.
Stir well.
8.
The mixed juice is poured on top of the steamed pleurotus eryngii.
9.
Stir well with chopsticks.
10.
The installation is complete.
