Pleurotus Eryngii with Garlic

1. Cut garlic into minced garlic, prepare green onion
2. Pleurotus eryngii cut as picture
3. In a non-stick pan, no oil and no water, stir-fry pleurotus eryngii on medium heat, and dry the water. As the water content of pleurotus eryngii becomes less, adjust to low heat to prevent sticking to the pan.

1. Push the eryngii mushrooms to the side of the pot, pour the oil on the other side, add the minced garlic and stir fragrant
2. Push the eryngii mushrooms and stir fry a few times with the garlic

Tips:
Pleurotus eryngii can be dried as in the recipe, or it can be blanched in water and squeezed out after cooling. But it feels more fragrant when dried.
