Plum Dried Vegetable Biscuits

The dried plums are steamed in advance or cooked in a pressure cooker. The pork belly is chopped for later use. Do not chop too much. Mix the flour with warm water, and the dough is slightly soft and covered with a damp towel or plastic wrap for about 20 minutes.

If you have enough time, it is recommended to prepare the filling one day in advance. The oil is cooled and it is convenient to wrap
