Poached Egg Noodles with Green Vegetables and Pork

1. Prepare all ingredients: noodles, green vegetables, lean meat, duck eggs

2. Split the green cabbage leaves and wash, wash and shred the lean meat, add starch and mix well

3. Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat the oil to 70% hot, add duck eggs and fry

4. Fry the duck eggs until golden on both sides, remove and set aside

7. Add water to the pot and boil, add the noodles

Tips:

1. Poached eggs can also be fried on one side, keeping the round egg yolk, and the taste is more tender;
2. Don't add salt and MSG after adding the noodle fresh soy sauce.
