This dish is my father’s favorite, because the taste is strong enough! Mom doesn't like it, doesn't like to do it. 1. Prepare the ingredients used

2. Cut the pork into thin slices and the spicy millet into small pieces.
Simply mix the meat with light soy sauce, cooking wine and cornstarch, and marinate for a while

3. Put oil in the pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic, stir-fry on low heat, add 2 tablespoons of bean paste and fry out the red oil.

4. Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, add salt, and season with soy sauce.

5. Add soybean sprouts and cabbage sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes.

6. Remove and put into a large bowl.

7. Add the meat slices and cook for 2 minutes

8. Pour the meat slices into a bowl with the soup and sprinkle with chili powder.

9. Pour a spoonful of hot oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
