Poached Pork Slices

Wash the meat and cut into large pieces.

Put the cut meat in a large bowl. Add an egg, starch, cooking wine, light soy sauce, chicken essence and salt. Stir evenly and leave it for about 1 hour. Then pour the sesame oil and stir evenly to lock in the moisture.

Small rapeseed, enoki mushroom, wash. Cut the dried red chili into sections, put it in a bowl with the pepper and sesame pepper, set aside, save the fried chili oil. Garlic, partly sliced, put together with ginger and green onions. A part of cut moer, put together with the end of coriander.

Boil in a pot, boil water, add rapeseed and enoki mushrooms, remove, control the moisture, and put them in the bottom of a large bowl.

Mix the boiled pork slices with water in advance and set aside.

After cooking, pour it into a large bowl with rapeseed and enoki mushrooms. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and chopped garlic.

Heat the pan again to add oil, and pour the spicy red pepper and pepper and pepper into the pan. After stir-frying the aroma, pour it on the boiled pork slices.
