Poached Pork Slices

Wash the pork, put it in a bowl, and set aside.

After the meat slices are cut, add the egg white, cornstarch, and salt, stir well, and marinate for half an hour.

Wash the cabbage, slice it, and set aside.

Chop the pepper, star anise, ginger, garlic, chili, and coriander, and set aside.
