I finally know how to make my favorite boiled pork slices with my own ingredients. I used to go to restaurants to order reserved dishes.

Poached Pork Slices

1. Wash the pork tenderloin and cut into large slices, add cornstarch, light soy sauce, cooking wine, stir well, and marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Wash the cabbage and cut into small pieces.

3. Put the oil in the pot and fry the scallion ginger and the Pixian bean paste, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil.

4. Add the cabbage, cook until soft, remove, and place on the bottom of a large bowl.

5. Add the meat slices, quickly slice them, cook them, remove them, and place them on top of the cabbage.

6. Pour the soup into a large bowl, add minced pepper, minced chili, and minced garlic in turn.

7. Put the oil in the pot, the amount of oil is more than that of the cooking, burn until the oil smokes, remove the fire, and pour the hot oil on the minced garlic, making a sizzling sound.

8. My appetite increases just by looking at it!

Tips:

Pork is best to use pork loin part, the meat is tender.
