Poached Pork Slices

1. Cut the meat into thin slices, add white pepper, cooking wine, cooking oil, egg white and starch, and marinate for 10 minutes

2. Wash all the side dishes, tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, and squeeze the water; shred the bean curd; cut the lettuce into diamond-shaped slices; soak the shredded kelp in advance
