Poached Pork Slices
1.
Cut the lean pork meat into slices.
2.
Add salt, gorgon powder, light soy sauce, chili noodles, cooking wine and ginger slices to the meat slices and mix well, then marinate for 15 minutes.
3.
Set aside the marinated meat slices for about 15 minutes.
4.
Cut the prepared vegetables, wash them, and blanch them in a pot until they are 7 mature, then put them in a bowl for later use.
5.
Put oil in the pot, boil, add bean paste, hot pot ingredients, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant. Turn to medium heat and sauté slowly. Turn to high heat and add boiling water, boil the soup for a while after boiling.
6.
Add the well-coded meat slices (use chopsticks to spread the meat slices and cook them and they won’t be condensed) and cook for 3 minutes to start the pot.
7.
Pour the meat slices and soup into the bowl where the vegetables were just placed, sprinkle a layer of chili powder and pepper powder, then boil the oil in the pot, pour it on and start the pot!
Tips:
It is easier to slice the bought pork after washing it and freezing it in the refrigerator! Not only the cut is thinner but also uniform.
