Polygonatum Black Chicken Soup

This is half a black-bone chicken just bought at the vegetable market

Boil half a pot of boiling water

Pour in about 2 teaspoons and 3 slices of ginger, and cook for a minute.

Add black-bone chicken. Cook on high heat for about 8-10 minutes. Boil the blood and remove the foam.

Peel the dried longan and remove the core by the way, leaving only the longan flesh.
