Pork and Kidney Bean Buns

1. The yeast powder is boiled with warm water, added to the flour and knead the dough, and leave it in a warm place to ferment. Cut the pork into small cubes and marinate in soy sauce for a while.

2. After removing the old tendons, the kidney beans are washed and chopped.

3. Boil the water in the pot, let it cool, and squeeze out the water. Peel the potatoes, wash, shred, and marinate for a while, squeeze out the water, and chop.

4. Put all the ingredients in a clean basin, add oil, salt, soy sauce, and chicken essence to mix thoroughly to form a stuffed bun.

5. The dough is fermented to twice its size, and the fermentation is complete. Knead the dough evenly, knead it into a strip, cut it into ingredients, and roll it into a cake.

6. Take a pie and add the filling.

7. Make big buns.

8. All wrapped up.

9. Put it in a steamer and steam until it is cooked, and boil for 18 minutes.

Tips:

The steaming time is adjusted according to the size of the buns.
