Today I was going to buy groceries, and my husband was asked for a big ball by a friend. Then we couldn’t go shopping anymore. There were also some vegetables at home, but only some big bones were left. Both sons still like to eat porridge. The bones are boiled into soup, and the boiled soup is used to make porridge. The taste is also very good

Pork and Mushroom Congee

1. Soak shiitake mushrooms in water, shred pork and marinate with soy sauce and pepper

2. Put oil in the pan, saute the shredded pork and mushrooms

3. Big bone broth

4. Add the washed rice, fried shiitake mushrooms, stock, etc., bring to a boil on high heat, and slowly simmer on low heat

5. Cook until the rice is rotten, add salt and chicken powder.

Tips:

You can put some chopped celery and shredded ginger, it will taste better
